Meet The Owner

Tracy L. Salmon



Tracy L. Salmon is a seasoned EEO/AA Officer (Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action Officer), Training and Development Coordinator and Human Resources Manager, with 15 plus years of professional experience.  Her areas of expertise include Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Community Engagement practices, training, and implementation plans, among other things. 

Ms. Salmon obtained her Masters of Arts Degree in Human Resources Training and Development from Seton Hall University.  Her tailored workshops, trainings and presentations incorporate her extensive knowledge of Federal and State laws pertaining to the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (Title VII), ADA, ADEA and the Equal Pay Act.  She is currently responsible for the continuous facilitation of such classes to a staff of 500+ employees. 

She is a member of The Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM), the American Association for Access, Equity and Diversity (AAAED) and sits on several D.E.I. committees. 

Ms. Salmon's training classes have received consistent high level ratings/evaluations.
